Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (including tags and protective covers)
  • A proof of purchase is required

Note on Final Sale Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Down sleeping bags (due to special filling requirements)
  • Footprints (custom-cut for specific tent models)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
